We don’t mass-produce or hold piles of stock. Instead, your cap is freshly created once you place your order, which helps reduce waste and keeps things sustainable.

Delivery times:
Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days (often sooner).
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods.

Shipping costs:

Free delivery on all orders over £50 – worldwide.
Orders under £50 are charged at standard shipping rates shown at checkout.

So while your cap may take a touch longer to arrive, you’ll know it’s been made just for you – and we think that makes it worth the wait.

We want you to love your cap as much as we do. If something’s not quite right, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.

If your cap arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you, no stress.

Because each cap is made to order, we can’t accept returns just for a change of mind or wrong size – so please double-check before ordering.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we’ve sorted things out.
